About

Dr. Horton is among the leading physicians in his field. His accomplished career in electrophysiology stems from an experience that occurred during his internship. He was assigned a patient who had frequent unexplained blackouts. The cause eluded the medical team until heart tracing revealed a subtle rhythm disturbance. Frustrated by the difficulty of the diagnosis, Dr. Horton sought any information he could locate regarding treatment for arrhythmias. Ultimately, electrophysiology became his specialty and the man with the difficult diagnosis became his first ablation patient.
