Unique. Knowledgeable. Nurturing.
The Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute—through its Center for Arrhythmias & Atrial Fibrillation—offers AFib patients a special service intended to help turn a potentially overwhelming medical process into a smooth return to heart health.
Inspired by the concierge concept, our nurse navigator program connects patients directly with a TCAI nurse who will give them all the information and thoughtful attention they need, from their diagnosis through their recovery. The nurse navigator serves as the patient’s personal guide for this journey.
Before a patient’s first consultation with the doctor and for a full year after their procedure at the hospital, the nurse navigator is the patient’s point-person—always just a quick call away—with essential answers to all of their questions, from driving directions to healing concerns.
